Here Is the Circulation Protocol I Mentioned

What I give every man who comes to me asking how to restore what has been quietly declining...
The Protocol — three parts, every day:
The morning drink:
  • 150ml fresh beetroot juice (or blend one small raw beetroot with 100ml water and strain)
  • Juice of half a pomegranate (or 50ml pure pomegranate juice)
  • Half a teaspoon of ground L-citrulline rich watermelon powder (available at health stores)
  • A pinch of black pepper
Blend and drink immediately on waking, before anything else.

Beetroot is the most studied natural food for nitric oxide production — it provides dietary nitrates that the body converts directly into nitric oxide in the blood vessels. Pomegranate contains punicalagins that protect the nitric oxide that is produced from breaking down too quickly. Watermelon powder provides L-citrulline, which the body converts to L-arginine — the amino acid that is the direct precursor to nitric oxide synthesis. Together these three work on every stage of the nitric oxide pathway.

The breathing practice:
Every morning after the drink, before breakfast — ten minutes of nasal breathing only. Breathe in through the nose for four counts, hold for two, out through the nose for six. The nasal passage produces nitric oxide directly. Nasal breathing floods the blood with it. Mouth breathing produces none.

The evening walk:
Thirty minutes minimum, immediately after the evening meal. Walking after eating diverts blood flow to the muscles and stimulates nitric oxide release in the vascular walls. The timing matters — walking two hours after eating has a fraction of the effect.

But I want to be honest about where this protocol reaches its limit.

This protocol is excellent. The men who follow it consistently notice better energy, faster recovery, and improved function across the board.

But here is what I have observed. For men whose nitric oxide production has been declining for several years, lifestyle changes raise the baseline — but they cannot fully restore what years of decline have taken. The endothelium — the inner lining of the blood vessels where nitric oxide is actually produced — needs targeted support to recover its production capacity.

That targeted support is different from diet and breathing. It works at the cellular level of the blood vessel wall itself.

The video below explains this. It is the piece that completes what lifestyle changes alone cannot achieve.
